Calvin and his wife, Kerri, have been married for 20 years. Both are originally from Arkansas and now live in St. Lucie County, Florida, with their two daughters: one is a college freshman, and the other is in middle school. The family has been part of Westside Church for more than 15 years. Calvin has served in several roles, including elder and church administrator, and now serves as teaching pastor. Kerri is a board-certified pediatrician and regional medical director at a community health center.
